Having successfully served multiple airlines’ IFE needs globally for 10 years, new Australian ownership and investment brought in a new era for the company. Four years later our seat centric IFE, Passenger Service Solution (PSS), in seat power, tape replacement and cabin crew application are now all in airline revenue service, with cabin lighting following this month finally bringing to fruition our integrated flight experience on-board commercial aircraft.
The Challenge
digEcor deliver in flight experience technology to power airline customer experience. Have recently implemented Salesforce and Pardot sales & marketing automation digEcor needed to bring alignment through clarity in strategy and customer journey.
